⁃ No subletting or sharing of allocated space
⁃ Vendor is restricted/limited to the sales of Only but the product or services they were registered on
⁃ All vendor must be available for space allocation eve of the fest.
⁃ Vendor bears all consequences failure to arrive or set up allocated space on time
